Unlike the delightful staff the night before..the lady on Reception..whe we complained about the black grouting and the hairs on the bathroom floor...she not have cared less..very bad tempered..no apology..so we left feeling frankly furious and sad as I had researched it (I thought) so well...and we needed a lovely evening and rest before another very long journey.
