Inaugurée en décembre 2019, la Ferme Saint-Amour ne cesse d’afficher complet depuis sa reprise par Annie Famose, après l’abandon du Lyonnais Pépine. Un tel environnement invite en effet à renouveler la visite, d’autant que la superficie exploitée devrait doubler prochainement (de 600m2 à 1041m2, ndlr) afin de rajouter une centaine de couverts aux 320 déjà existants.
